RSVP Back to Ainie Direct;  Invitation Lunch 8 October 2022, 1230pm "Breaking Barriers Disability Day" Sacred Heart College

"Hello everyone

We now have confirmed 20 participants to our first “Breaking Barriers Disability Day” on 8 October 2022, 9am at Sacred Heart College, Glendowie, Auckland.

Participants are from Selwyn College, Ormiston Junior College, Mt Roskill Grammar, participants from the disabled community from Mangere, Manurewa, West Harbour, Glen Innes and greater Auckland region.

We also have 21 leaders/buddies for the event made up of RYLArians, Rotaractors and Rotarians from Rotary Club of Drury, Auckland Airport, Papatoetoe Central, Newmarket and Papakura.

The program for the day will involve movement/outdoor activities, a quiet table and speakers from Geneva Healthcare, Yesdisability (https://yesdisability.org.nz/) and All is For All (https://allisforall.com/)

This is an invitation for all Rotarians to come and join us for sausage sizzle lunch hosted by Rotary Club of Papakura. Lunch will be served between 1230pm to 130pm.

Come and get to know the RYLArians and other young leaders. This is an important event for RYLArians as much as it is for the disabled community.

We are constantly seeking contributions. If your Club has enough sunshine funds, please contribute towards the Program.

Each club is encouraged to contribute $75.00 towards the program. This will cover the cost of participant, venue hire and catering. You will be invoiced accordingly and it would be appreciated if all Clubs assist by paying the account on time.

Please RSVP to me directly for lunch. In the meantime, have a wonderful week ahead.

With best wishes,
Ainie Kwok
