Hi Peter – great to have some of your members present at the Churchill Park planting. We will meet at the bottom of John Ryman Place about 9.15 (school hope to leave Churchill Park by bus at 9.00). There is some parking on the street but not a huge amount – car pooling may be a good option. As this is a public land planting there will be no morning tea or lunch provided, encourage members to bring a water bottle and snack if needed. There will also be no bathrooms but a camping/chemical toilet will be available. We will plant through until approximately 12.30 when the students will return to school. I believe Kiwanas have been involved in the site preparation and have also been invited to the planting day by the stakeholders.
Looking forward to seeing you on the 11th.
Kind Regards
Lynda Wyllie
