Here is a good opportunity to support our good friends at Auckland Rotaract as well as a very good cause - Give Every Child A Future (GECAF).
GECAF is Rotary’s project to vaccinate 100,000 children in nine Pacific countries against three diseases to celebrate 100 years of Rotary in the South Pacific.
Auckland City Rotaract is holding an outdoor Zumba session to raise funds for GECAF on 5 November from 10am to 12noon at The Rifle Range, Henderson. There will be two sessions of Zumba for beginners and for everyone, led by Fleur Pepperell of Zumba Hobsonville Point.
There will be prizes for best dressed so be sure to come in an eye catching costume.
Food and drink will be available on site, but you should bring a sun hat and sunscreen.
There will be collection buckets on the day. Rotaract Auckland City has obtained matching funding from the Harold Thomas Trust up to $10,000 so every dollar raised will be doubled.
