As many of you will know, we have a famous Fungi Expert in our Club. Mycologist, Dr. Peter Buchanan is that man, and today he featured on Afternoons with Jessie Mulligan on Radio New Zealand in a 25 minute segment titled "Expert Feature: The place of fungus in our lives", where Peter answered many questions from Jessie and listeners on the importance and the fascinating world of Fungi.Peter even has his own pet fungi which he attracted when he was working in China. His wife and children are not quite as keen on these skin feeding fungi, but Peter certainly sounded very fond of them!!
