Review of the Board Meeting Tuesday 13 July 2021
- Approved a $1,000 donation as requested by District for Fiji Covid
- Annual Accounts were formally approved and will be distributed at the AGM
- Subs will remain at $360pa and Voluntary donation for Foundation remains at $150
- Trusts Annual accounts will be approved at the August meeting and available at the AGM
- Quiz 10 September New date to be confirmed
- 30 August 2021 to Remuera Club for dinner and Alison Mooney speaker.
- For the Science Forum Interviews will be held to find the top 2 student candidates
- Colin and Beryl spoke on their plans for promotional activities (Colin) and Membership (Beryl). We are indeed lucky to have their expertise.
- The Criteria for Donations is to be revisited
- A Board Policy was introduced that for pre approved representation at official functions the Club will fund participants
- The $1,000 Men’s Shed for corner chairs for Tonga was approved, as was the Glendowie College Interact defibrillator.
