A good turn-out last Thursday, with 30 members welcomed by President,"Ravishing" Robyn, for the last Combined Committee Meetings for the year.  Minutes as received from the various committees will be published under "Read More" below.  Copies of other committee Minutes not received at the  time the printers started to run, will be published in next weeks Bulletin.

IPP Allan has just returned from a visit to Vanuatu and while there he participated in a Luncheon Meeting with the Rotary Club of Port Vila.   It was a "Round Table" meeting with 28 participants and the majority of the meeting time was dedicated to discussions revolving around the series of events and projects in train.  Allan was presented with the Port Vila Club Banner, which in turn he presented to President Robyn on Thursday.  Allan will ensure the St. Johns Banner presented in return will be forwarded to Vanuatu.

Prior to breaking out in the various committee groups, President Robyn reminded all of the various activities planned for the rest of the year of which more details are included under the story, "Club Activities and other Important Dates", below.  There was also some good news to share regarding the District Conference which is also covered off further in this Bulletin.

Pictured here is the "Club Services" team at last Thursday's Meeting and as PP Colin shared with the group, "Every minute you spend in planning saves you 10 minutes in execution, which gives you a thousand percent return on energy, hence these combined meetings are very important and it is no wonder that we do so well as a club".
