Dinner Meeting, Monday May 9th - Debate with Auckland East:
Present: 19 members from St. Johns attended the meeting and valiantly supported our debating team - Lynette, Angus and David H. Unfortunately, based on well embedded historical practice, no matter how well our team performed, St. Johns were never going to win the debate, leaving that honour to go to our Hosts on the night.
All that is left to be said is; watch out next year Auckland East - it will be our turn!!
