We had a great meeting this week with Allan Smith, Colin and Beryl Robinson warmly welcomed.

Allan Smith said he had good news! Rotary is going to donate $130,000 to the cyclone relief. Half will be spent in South Auckland.
Sarah page (who visited Rotary a few weeks back) has 250 families on the need-help list.
There also gave 1000 pairs of pajamas. Kiwi Rail has given her premises in South Auckland to work from.
 
Julie Chambers  from Tamaki Protection Society came along to talk to us about the project that is close to her heart and she has a huge passion for  Working together for a thriving Tamaki Estuary
This project "TEPS" started in 1969 by the people at the end of West Tamaki Road. It is a special location known internationally as a bird watching location
